This movement-based series offers gentle, functional recovery for postpartum parents in the early months of healing. Led by an OT with expertise in core rehab, scar tissue mobilization, and pelvic alignment, each session includes breathwork, body awareness practices, and education around real-life recovery.
Think of it as your weekly pause to reconnect to your body—with no pressure to “bounce back.” All bodies, all birth stories welcome.
Open to parents 6+ weeks postpartum (vaginal or C-section). Babies under 6 months welcome.

Format: In-person group
Bring: Yoga mat, water, comfy clothes
